Let’s face it, the majority of people that are carbon fiber enthusiasts, are also technology connoisseurs. If that sounds like you, then you may want the very best components when building your PC – including the case.  That’s where Ultra Products comes in with their new eXO carbon fiber ATX mid-tower case:

The case is built using aluminum and 2.5mm carbon fiber in order to easily withstand the heat generated by the powerful components you’ll most likely be using.  On top of using lightweight, heat dissipating material, the case also features front and rear 120mm fans, a side panel air duct for the CPU, a side panel VGA vent, as well as TAC compliant vents.

There are 12 drive bays (five 5.25″ and 2 3.5″ external drive bays, and 5 3.5″ internal drive bays) so you can add hard drives and optical disc drives to your content.  They also added audio ports and firewire/usb ports on the side of the case.

If that isn’t enough, the Ultra eXO carbon fiber case comes in its own aluminum case with foam padding, great for lugging it around to a LAN party (it weight almost 47 lbs).

This high-end case doesn’t come cheap, MSRP is $999.99, but we’ve seen it on Amazon for $899.99.  While it is expensive, we’ve read a couple personal reviews of the case, and people seemed to llike it…they thought it was worth purchasing it, as long as you’re building a high-end setup.
