Take a look at this new, no-name carbon fiber cyclocross prototype frame manufactured by ENVE Composites. Each individual piece is made in the US out of carbon fiber and painted with a satin clear coat. The production frames will be built to meet each riders specific geometrical needs.

ENVE composites, formely Edge composites, takes pride in being an American company committed to American design, engineering and manufacturing. ENVE

“is a relatively new company with a strong composites background, specifically in the bicycle industry. Our engineers have worked for bike industry companies such as Schwinn/GT, Specialized, Felt, Reynolds and Easton. In fact, you’re looking at over 30 years of carbon experience – and that’s just on the engineering side. Simply put, we’re a bunch of composite tech heads and we’re not afraid of introducing and investing in new design concepts, processes and technologies that enable us to offer the absolute best products on the market today (not to mention the things we’re working on for tomorrow).”

The carbon fiber frame has all new lugs and tubes, a headtube that accepts a large diameter InSet headset, and also features the new press fit 30 bottom bracket standard. But keep in mind, the frame is still in the development stage and is still being tested. I guess they’re waiting for results before they name this bad boy.
