Shipping Prices

Our shipping prices are automatically quoted upon checkout.  At times the quote may be incorrect.  If this is the case, we will get in touch with you to discuss options.

International Orders

At this time Carbon Fiber Gear will only ship to the US.

Damaged In Shipping

If your Carbon Fiber Gear order is damaged in shipping and is not usable, please follow these steps to insure that the damaged matter is replaced at no cost:

• Save all packing materials, including damaged carton or envelope for inspection by the shipping agent.
• Contact us with your order # and let us know the situation.

Return Policy

Returns

**ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER - You need to contact us to get one.** General returns must be made within seven (7) days of receiving (signed for, or delivery) date (with the exception of Holidays). All returns must be pre-paid shipping. In the event of a return, we will credit you the full amount of the item(s), however shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned item(s) must be returned in the in the original packaging as originally shipped. Special Orders, non-stocked items, and clearance items are not returnable.
