- Holiday Addendum: Orders placed between November 29th, 2013 and December 15th 2013 will have the return time period extended to 45 days.
- You may return or exchange a product within 30 days from order shipment date.
- All returns must have a return authorization number (RA #) issued by a Carbon Fiber Gear sales representative. To get an RA #, please read the return process section below.
- Item(s) being returned must be like new in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc.
- Items may incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Typically products returned in a new and sealed condition will have the re-stocking fee waived.
- Shipping expenses to send a return back to us are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure to insure your package for the appropriate value and send with a method that can be tracked and retain your tracking information. Carbon Fiber Gear is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for shipping fees on exchange orders. Items being returned that had free shipping will be refunded minus our shipping cost.
- Special orders and clearance items cannot be returned.
- Certain products may not be returned, they will be specified in their product page.

You may request an RA # by filling out the form on this page. Please be sure to read the below steps and our return policy above prior to filling out the form.
Once you have an RA #, place all merchandise in a shipping box, you may use the original shipping container. Please do not use the manufacturer's box as shipping container or it's very likely that it will arrive damaged. Your RA # should be written on the outside of the box. Be sure to insure your package for the appropriate value and send with a method that can be tracked and retain your tracking information. Carbon Fiber Gear is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Ship the item(s) being returned back to us pre-paid.
Once the return arrives back to us, we'll process the refund and contact you if any additional information is needed. Refunds and exchanges are normally processed within 72 hours of arriving to us. Credit back to your card make take up to 2-10 days to post back on your statement.
If you are exchanging merchandise and would like the new item to be shipped out before we receive the old one, this is possible by charging your credit card for the cost of the new item. When the old item is returned, a refund back to your credit card will be made for the applicable item(s).
