Kohler was looking for a new way to really re-brand themselves and make a product that showed off the companies “out of the box” thinking. That’s where the slogan came from: New. Life. Form. Karbon. Utilizing silver carbon fiber, Kohler came out with a really sexy, innovative, and functional sink faucet that’s called Karbon.
The Karbon features a stainless steel and silver carbon fiber design. The unique design also offers 3 pivoting points that literally allow you to point the faucet in whichever direction you’d like. A separate piece to the faucet allows you to change the water from regular to spray.
Kohler also had a really amazing looking commercial created which turns spouts of water into the actual faucet, allowing you to see the anatomy of how it all works. See for yourself:

From what I’ve seen, the cost of the faucet is about $800 or so. In the introduction video, the Kohler executive stated that we should expect more carbon fiber to be used in the future. I’m hoping we can expect a “Karbon” line. Either way, the future of carbon fiber is an exciting one.

Due to the shape, I’m assuming it’s more of a coffee table type of thing versus one that you would sit at. I for one would like to see a different top that would give it a more modern look…maybe all carbon fiber, brushed aluminum, or a black marble type of material. Here’s a couple more pictures:

You’ve already got the carbon fiber toilet seat cover, but it may look a little off with a white or black toilet. There’s one easy way to fix this problem, get a carbon fiber toilet bowl! You’ve already got the the carbon fiber toilet seat cover in your bathroom, it’s time to start making everything else match. You can start off with the carbon fiber/aluminum tissue box made by AUTOart:
This definitely puts any of the flowery Kleenex boxes to shame! AUTOart uses real carbon fiber and 6061 heat-treated aluminum for the box. It measures in at 11.4×5.4×4.7 inches, so it should be able to fit any standard tissue box. Each side of the box has a spring, which when unattached will allow you to access the box and place a new box of tissues in it.
This is pretty hard to find online, as I only found a couple places that had it. They were pretty much just under $100 everywhere that I found it. Tuning In Style is one of those places. For those of you who don’t know AUTOart, they make diecast model cars that are really nice quality:

A company by the name of Dynamic Composites, Inc. based out of Canada manufactures and sells a carbon fiber toilet seat cover:
